Automobile
Engineering deals with manufacturing, designing and operating automobiles. It

28,000 to Rs. 30,000 a month during training at a major Original Equipment Manufacturer
company. This can rise up to Rs. 40,000 once his probation period is over and
his position gets confirmed. An assistant manager or line leader can earn between
Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 80,000 a month, based on their experience.
The annual salary of an automobile engineer in India is between Rs. 250,000 and Rs. 600,000 per annum including commissions, Overtime Allowances and average bonuses for which he is allowed for. The highest salaries are being paid by vehicle manufacturers compared to product development engineering firms. Once a candidate grows in experience in this field he may get a decent hike as a division head with 18 years of experience can even make between Rs. 25 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh per annum.
